Terms ofservice

You are buying a licence to use a digital asset on your own FiveM server. You are not buying ownership of the model, and the licence is not transferable unless we agree to it in writing.

Reselling, resharing or publishing any part of a package, including extracted textures, ends the licence immediately and without a refund.

Escrow packages are protected by the FiveM asset escrow system. Attempting to circumvent that protection breaches both this agreement and the FiveM platform terms.

A chargeback filed without contacting support first revokes the licence and blocks the account from future purchases.
