01Open a ticket

Join the LevelUp Development server and use the ticket channel. Include your Keymaster account name and the order it relates to.

02Custom characters

Send a reference sheet, the framework you run, and whether you need escrow or source. We quote a fixed price and a delivery window before starting.

03Install problems

Most install tickets come down to a Keymaster account mismatch or a missing ensure line in server.cfg. Paste your console output into the ticket and we will spot it.
