Refundpolicy

Once a package has been granted to your Keymaster account it has been delivered, and delivered goods are not refundable. If you are unsure whether a ped fits your server, ask in Discord before you buy.

If a package is broken, does not match its description, or never reaches your Keymaster and we cannot fix it, you get your money back. Open a ticket within 14 days of purchase and describe what went wrong.

A commission is quoted and agreed before work starts. Once the build has begun the quote covers work already done, so talk to us early if something about the brief changes.

Talk to us. Most “it did not arrive” tickets turn out to be a Keymaster account mismatch, which is quick to sort out.
